Thanks so much! And welcome to tumblr!!! It was probably the greatest and worst decision of your life to make one, so congratulations on that. lol

Usually when you first make a tumblr, you’re kind of unsure about how you want to present your blog since you want it to represent yourself too. I was this way and this is okay!  A lot of people make custom themes, but if you don’t know how to, the tumblr themes page has a LOT of stuff to choose from, so always try there first. You’ll probably find what you’re looking for! Another thing that’s really helpful is that they can be very customizable. I would recommend a really customizable theme because it really gives you the ability to make your blog your own.

If you choose to have a blog that is dedicated to a particular thing (like mine), you could always aim to give it a feel that reflects whatever it is you dedicate it to. If not, just make it an extension of yourself the best way you can. One of the easiest ways to do this is with music. Music is your best friend. I think it’s great to include music on your blog because you really get a sense of what the person is like. If you are interested in adding music, try using this to add it to your blog. It offers directions so you don’t have to worry about not knowing what to do. It’s really easy too! You should also consider colors, background, etc.

I haven’t even had my blog for a year yet I don’t really think it’s “perfect”, but I’m really happy with it! I’ve made so many different changes to it over the course of the year tho. If I had to give it an amount of time, it would be about 10 months tho. I didn’t know how to do certain things, so it was all a learning process. It just takes time to get used to everything. You just have to remember to try different things because you’re not always gonna like the way your blog looks. Even when you don’t, you can always change it! Taking chances is a great way to get used to tumblr too. I’m sorry it took so long to answer this, but I really hope it helps. Have fun with your blog! :)

Gunter: What’s your dream job?

I’ve always wanted to be a model since I was very young, and I have done it a few times. But if that doesn’t work out, art is what I major in at school, so I would really like a career that’s focused on that. Specifically, I’ve just discovered my love for storyboarding, so that’s one possibility. Another is something fashion related because I love to design as well.
